These Terms of Service govern your use of NetNest Studio ("NetNest Studio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service
NetNest Studio lets artists, managers and labels design, update and publish websites using templates and studio tools. Features and limits depend on your plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to a workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use NetNest Studio for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or publish.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Resell or misrepresent the service without our permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in NetNest Studio. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, back up and deliver that content as part of the service.
Templates and platform assets provided by NetNest remain our property or that of our licensors unless otherwise stated.
6. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans, billing cycles and feature limits are shown in the studio at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the billing settings available in your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we designate. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep NetNest Studio available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
8. Termination
You may stop using NetNest Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for legal, security or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimer and liability
NetNest Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
