Pro is for artists and small teams who ship often and need staging, preview branches, and higher limits. Enterprise is for labels and teams that need custom limits, security, and dedicated support.
What's included in the Free plan?
Free is for design and try — not for launch. You get a NetNest subdomain, draft music, video and bio pages, limited bandwidth for previews, and credits to try AI features. To connect a custom domain and publish a live artist site, upgrade to Basic or higher.
When do I need a paid plan?
As soon as you want a real launch: your own domain, published music/shows/bio pages, and CMS for releases and dates. Free stays on a NetNest subdomain with preview limits. Basic is the first plan built for that live artist site.
How does yearly billing work?
Choose Yearly on the pricing page to save the equivalent of two months. You still see a monthly price, billed once per year (10 months paid).
How are editors billed?
Basic includes 1 editor seat. Extra editors are €20 per month each and can be added anytime. Viewers stay free — useful for managers, labels, or collaborators who only need to look.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Hard limits (like pages or CMS) may ask you to upgrade or add capacity. Soft limits such as bandwidth can include a grace period with an email so you can upgrade before the next cycle. Check the comparison table for plan ceilings and Pro add-on headroom.
What can add-ons unlock on Pro?
Pro can grow with usage: more pages, CMS collections and items, and bandwidth — up to the ceilings in the comparison table. Optional add-ons cover localization, A/B testing, and advanced hosting when you need them for a release cycle.
How do I pay, and what about refunds?
Subscriptions are paid by card. Enterprise can use custom billing (including invoice or bank transfer where agreed). For refund questions, contact us — especially if you are in the EU and purchased recently — and we will help from there.
