Use the same components, variables, and assets on all your artists' sites.Working together · 4 min

  1. 1

    Open Libraries

In the editor, click Libraries in the left sidebar (shortcut L). Under Site resources you see what this site has: components, variables, tag styles, and assets.

  2. 2

    Share with your Workspace

Click “Share with Workspace” and give the library a name. Sharing needs your workspace's manager plan or Enterprise.

  3. 3

    Install on another site

Open another site in the same workspace. The library is listed under “Available to install”; click Install. The components show up in Components under the library's name, together with their classes and the variables.

  4. 4

    Publish updates

When you change something on the source site, click “Publish update”. The other sites see “Update to version …” and decide when to update.

  5. 5

    Remove

When you remove a library, the elements on your pages stay as regular elements; the classes and variables they use become the site's own.

Tip: The source site's tag styles (the look of all headings, paragraphs, and links) don't come along, so a site's look never changes without you noticing.
