Which plan is right for me?
Free is for shaping a draft in the studio. Basic is the plan for a live personal artist site — your domain, CMS for releases and tour dates, and traffic for a growing fanbase. Pro is for artists and small teams who ship often and need staging, preview branches, and higher limits. Enterprise is for labels and teams that need custom limits, security, and dedicated support.
I manage multiple artists. How does that work?
Pick what suits you. If you pay for your artists, put all their sites in your own workspace: every plan includes one live site and each extra live site costs the plan price. If your artists pay themselves, the manager plan (€35/month) lets you join their workspaces as a free guest. With the manager plan every artist also gets a free seat on their own site, and you can transfer a site with domain, CMS and forms when an artist leaves. On Enterprise the manager plan is included.
What's included in the Free plan?
Free is for designing and trying things out. You can make unlimited designs and publish one live on a NetNest subdomain, with 1 GB of bandwidth and 50 form submissions per month, plus credits to try AI features. For your own domain and more traffic, upgrade to Basic or higher.
When do I need a paid plan?
As soon as you want a real launch: your own domain, 50 GB of bandwidth, unlimited forms, analytics and password protection. Free stays on a NetNest subdomain with 1 GB per month. Basic is the first plan built for a live artist site.
How does yearly billing work?
Choose Yearly on the pricing page to save the equivalent of two months. You still see a monthly price, billed once per year (10 months paid).
How are editors billed?
Basic includes 1 editor seat. Extra editors are €20 per month each and can be added anytime. Viewers stay free — useful for managers, labels, or collaborators who only need to look.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Hard limits (like pages or CMS) may ask you to upgrade or add capacity. For bandwidth your site never goes offline: the first month over the limit (e.g. a release spike) is free. If you're over the limit two months in a row, Basic automatically moves to Pro after an email, and Pro pays for extra bandwidth per 100 GB. Check the comparison table for plan ceilings and Pro add-on headroom.
What can add-ons unlock on Pro?
Pro can grow with usage: more pages, CMS collections and items, and bandwidth — up to the ceilings in the comparison table. Optional add-ons cover localization, A/B testing, and advanced hosting when you need them for a release cycle.
How do I pay, and what about refunds?
Subscriptions are paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL or SEPA Direct Debit. Enterprise can use custom billing (including invoice or bank transfer where agreed). For refund questions, contact us — especially if you are in the EU and purchased recently — and we will help from there.
